Site Plan Modification: Mariner's Way (Swimming Pool and Dock) FROM Don Jaeger Chief Inspector SUBJ ECT As a condition of site plan approval, the following comments should be incorporated into the related documents by the applicant: 1. Curbing is required around all landscaped areas adjacent to parking stalls. 2. A handicapped sign, in compliance with D.O.T. standards, is required for the handicapped parking stall. 3. A rinse shower is required within 15 feet of the pool edge. The following comments are for the applicant's information: In order to facilitate the permitting process, the following documents should be submitted in duplicate to the Building Department for review at the time permits are applied for. 1. Copies of permits from all applicable government agencies i.e. Palm Beach County Health Department, Department of Natural Resources, Army Corps of Engineers, etc. 2. Copy of lease document for the submerged land lease. 3. Complete plans for all proposed construction, signed and sealed by the relevant design professionals. NOTE: Separate permits are required for the swimming pool, paving, deck, fence, site lighting and dock facilities.
