December 16, 1991 Mr. Don Desiderio Atrium Place 2755 South U.S. Highway Boynton Beach, Florida 1 33435 Re: Atrium Place Driveway U.S. Highway 1 Dear Mr. Desiderio: As a confirmation of our telephone conversation on Friday, you should contact the planning department to apply for a variance from the TRC at the January 1992 meeting. There is a fee the variance request. The TRC will review the merits of the right in, right out driveway onto Federal Highway once you submit documentation similar to the plan I am returning to your with this letter. Similar driveways appear to exist in the area north of your development, so there appears to be a possibility the variance might be granted. However, there is no guarantee the TRC1 Planning and Zoning Board or the City Commission will approve any variance for your site.
