The following is a list of comments regarding the second review
of the above-referenced project:
The list of comments identify unresolved comments either from the
first review or new comments as a result of the second review.
To show compliance with these comments will not substantially
alter the configuration of the site and the design of the
building.
All comments and recommendations can be rectified on the plans at
time of permitting considering that the request for site plan
review is approved. The applicant must understand that
additional comments may be generated upon review of the documents
and working drawings submitted to the Building Department for
permits for the proposed project.
I. SITE PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS:
1. Landscape material shall be adjusted on the permit plans to
avoid interference with light poles, drainage catch basins,
etc. No reduction in quantities allowed.
2. Unity of title for the bank property must be completed prior
to issuing building permits.
3. A City approved cross access easement agreement between the
subject property and the abutting shopping center shall be
recorded prior to the issuance of building permits for the
project.
4. Indicate existing satellite dish and show City required
screening on permit drawings.

Major Site Plan Modification
Please place the above-referenced request on the City Commission
agenda for July 19, 1994 under Development Plans, Non-Consent
Agenda.
DESCRIPTION: This is a site plan approval request for Barnett
Bank at Boynton Plaza, located at the southwest corner of Boynton
Beach Boulevard and Congress Avenue, zoned C-3. Site
improvements include construction of a 1,572 square foot
addition, redesign of the building facade to comply with the
Community Design Plan and modifications to the existing parking
lot, including expansion of 15 parking spaces within the vacant
parcel west of the bank.
RECOMMENDATION: The Planning and Development Board unanimously
recommends approval of this request, subject to staff comments
(Engineering Department memorandum dated June 27, 1994 and
Planning and Zoning Department memorandum dated July 6, 1994).
In addition, the Board's recommendation was subject to staff and
the applicant arriving at a design solution to eliminate the
right turns that are being made at the southwest corner of the
bank where a "No Right Turn" sign is currently posted. This
solution will be presented at the City commission meeting.
