These plans were approved subject to your compliance with the attached stipulations. After you have amended your plans to reflect these stipulations, please submit two copies 'of final plan drawings with the changes incorporated to the Building Department for permitting purposes. The approval of the City entitles you to construct only the improvements shown on the site plan. The site plan will be viewed procedurally as an as-built or record drawing. We received approval by the Variance Board on May 8, 1989 to allow a 20' rear setback. 2. A 6' CBS wall as required, will be installed. (How- ever, please note that the buffer wall will be located 8' from the rear property line to allow access for the L.W.D.D. easement, and not as shown on the site plan.) 3, A variance was permitted on Item 1, a variance on Item 2 will not be requested. 4. The trees encroaching the canal maintenance easement have been relocated. 5. Six (6) sets of fully detailed plans of the sign are provided herein. 6. The building setback has been changed to absolve the roof encroachment problem. 7. Parking lot lighting plan is attached with this package.
