F . Drainage, to reduce the required 2.5 inches on-site
containment of storm water to .5 inches 2) Section H.3 -
Distance from streets, to reduce the required distance from the
intersection of US No.1 and Woolbright Road of the west
driveway located on Woolbright Road from 180 feet to 158.5
feet; and 3) Section H.5 - Clearance at major driveways, to
reduce the required distance of the interior access aisle to the
west driveway on Woolbright Road from 100 feet to 25 feet and
the existing middle driveway on US No.1. from 100 feet to 87
feet and 25 feet for the access aisles on the north and south
sides (respectively).

ingress/egress onto Old Boynton Road, delete the south ingress/egress on Congress
Avenue, enlarge and reconfigure the main buildings, create a fourth leased
outparcel building, substitute the 5,000 square foot leased outparcel bank building
for an 8,000 square foot leased outparcel video store, reduce the size of the
restaurant leased outparcel from 7,500 to 5,000 square feet, relocate the drive-thru
from the west side of the 15,930 square foot leased outparcel building to the north
side and relocate the retention area from the southwest to the northwest corner
of the site.
NOTE:
As previously stated in Planning and Zoning Deparbnent Memorandum No. 96-345,
