BOYNTON BEACH PROMENADE
SITE PLAN MODIFICATION
John Glidden, agent for C.S. of Texas, Inc., is requesting
approval of an amended site plan for the existing Boynton Beach
Promenade. The following changes are requested:
1) elimination of part of the north mall access drive median to
allow unrestricted turn movements at the right turn in - right
turn out driveway at the northwest corner of the shopping center
2) modification of the access aisles at the main driveways (north
central and south central) to the shopping center. The south
driveway change adds 19 surplus parking spaces 3) addition of
freestanding signs at each driveway entrance 4) enlargement and
modification of the existing freestanding sign 5) construction of
a fountain and gazebo with signage 6) exterior building
changes-storefront, awning, globes, and metal ribbon accents and
7) landscape revisions.
The Technical Review Board unanimously recommends approval of
this request, with the exception of the north mall access road
modifications and the change in the access aisle at the northern
main driveway, subject to the attached staff comments.
