The Olive Garden will be located in the southeast corner of the parcel, which is located on the west side of Congress Avenue midway between Old Boynton Road and the Boynton Canal. This case is similar to the Great Western Bank. The land is part of lands that were subdivided off the Boynton Beach Mall property. In addition, all the needed public infrastructure is in place to serve this development. In addition, it should be remembered that the site plan for the Promenade was recently reapproved. William Archdeacon, City Engineer, has reviewed this request and has indicated that he has no problems with granting the exception, The Planning and Zoning Department would ask that a cross access and parking agreement be supplied to the City from Max Developers by the time of Certificate of Occupancy is issued for the Olive Garden.
