DESCRIPTION: This is a request, submitted by Roger G. Camerlinck, for an additional one year time extension (through October 15, 1995) for site plan approval, concurrency exemption and construction of required improvements for the remaining phase of Plat 5 of the Boynton Lakes PUD, located at the southeast corner of Congress Avenue and Plaza Lane. The project, last approved under the name of "Best Homes", is comprised of 41 townhouse lots.
