Please place the above-referenced request on the September 20,
1994 City Commission agenda under Development Plans, Consent
Agenda.
DESCRIPTION: This is a request, submitted by Roger G. Camerlinck,
for an additional one year time extension (through October 15,
1995) for site plan approval, concurrency exemption and
construction of required improvements for the remaining phase of
Plat 5 of the Boynton Lakes PUD, located at the southeast corner
of Congress Avenue and Plaza Lane. The project, last approved
under the name of "Best Homes", is comprised of 41 townhouse
lots.
RECOMMENDATION: The Planning and Development Board unanimously
recommends approval of this request, subject to the attached
staff comments (Engineering Department Memorandum NO. 94-240 and
utilities Department Memorandum No. 94-264).

The above referenced plat was approved by this City on December
17, 1985. Pursuant to City Code of Ordinanc s, the required
infrastructure improvements should have been ompleted on or about
October 1987. As you are aware, this subdi ision remains in an
incomplete state reference those improvements

this day, the Engineering Department agrees ith the following ~O~/
