APPLICATION To: Tambri Heyden From: Dale Brisson Re: 231 se 23rd ave We will be going before you for an 18" variance for a parking space at the property located at the above address ( formerly Chuckwagon). After much deliberation with Michael Haig we felt this variance request would benefit the property more than removing the space completely. We are currently going before the board of adjustments for a variance request for four less parking spaces than allowed.
