R92- ""7 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE J'INAL PLAT FOR ARE-PLAT OF A PORTION OF LAKE BOYNTON ESTATES FOR 'ANNORF.NQ ESTATES (FORMERLY BUCHANAN If STATES) , LYING IN SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, a cash bond in the amount of $12,423.84 is being held according to City Ordinances to insure that subdivision improvements are installed, completed and paid for in accordance with applicable requirements, and WHEREAS, all fees including administration fees have been received. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT: Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, does hereby approve the Final Plat for Annoreno Estates, with all conditions previously agreed upon and subject ~ubdivision is hereby affirmed and adopted. Schorah, agent for Helen Buchanan, is requesting approval to replat the portion of Lake Boynton Estates which is located on the northeast corner of S.W. 8th Street and Ocean Drive. The replat combines a number of lots, which by current codes would be substandard. This request includes approval of the construction plans and preliminary plat to provide for the construction of infrastructure improvements to serve 14 single-family units. The Technical Review Board has determined that this request meets the provisions of the subdivision regulations and a statement of technical compliance has been received from the Engineering Department. As noted in the statement of technical compliance, a fee of $17,287.96, which is the fair market value of .252 acres of land, is required to be paid at the time of filing of the final plat. This calculation is based on the formula within the Subdivision and Platting Regulations for dedication of land for parks and recreation purposes. SCHORAH, DEVELOPER' S ENGINEER In accordance with the City of Boynton Beach Code of Ordinances, Appendix "C", Subdivision and Platting, Article VIII, Section 5D "Approval of Construction Plans and Preliminary Plat", Subsection 5D2, the Engineering Department for the City of Boynton Beach in conjunction with the Technical Review Board has determined that the construction plans and preliminary plat meet the provisions of this ordinance and herein requests that this matter be placed before the next Planning & Zoning Board meeting for their comments and recommendation which shall be subsequently forwarded to the City Manager for placement on the agenda of the next meeting of the City Commission. Copy of the Statement of Technical Compliance and Surety Establishment will be forthcoming upon execution by my office in conjunction with the City Engineer, Gee & Jenson Consulting Engineers, 1 Harvard Circle, P.O.
