Following compliance with staff comments, the parking area will
meet the requirements of the parking lot code.
Landscaping: plans depict canal bank and pathway landscaping that
includes trees and ground cover. Following compliance with staff
comments the parking area landscaping will meet the requirements of
the landscape code.

The Building Department has reviewed the plans submitted for the
above project. The plans lack details and deminsions to
adequately address building codes.
At the time of permitting, the plans must comply with all
applicable building and handicap codes.
The Engineering Department should check the survey, particularly
Sheet 2 of 5, for accuracy. There is no N. W. 13 Street between
Seacrest Boulevard and the railroad.
We will also need documentation of water management approval
prior to permitting.

1. Details for the wooden fishing piers, chain link fence, and 8' asphalt bike path
are to be provided.
2. Appropriate permits from all governmental agencies having jurisdiction must
be obtained.
3. Details for the asphalt parking lot and connection to N. E. 13th Avenue are to
be provided.
4. Provide additional proposed elevations for the eastern north-south bike path
and connection to N. E. 13th Avenue.
5. Show how the chain link fence on the eastern end of the project terminates.
