We can approve this plan, subject to the following conditions:
1. Delete the section of the water main along the south entrance
road so as to form one continuous loop on the southwest end of
the project, with no short-circuiting.

Please be advised of the Planning Department's comments in
connection with the above-referenced request for master plan
approval:
1. The parking calculations shown on the master plan
are incorrect with respect to the requirements for
the single-bedroom units. Only 18 units qualify
for the 1.5 square foot per unit reduction.
2. Detailed parking calculations for recreation
facilities must be provided at time of site plan
approval.
