Commission approved the referenced site plan modification, with
the exception of items 1, 9, and 10 enumerated in Womack
Humphreys I letter of February 6, 1990, and subject to staff
comments, copies of which are attached. In addition, item 4 of
this letter was deleted at your request at the Community
Appearance Board Meeting.
These plans were approved subj ect to your compliance
attached stipulations. After you have amended your
reflect these stipulations, please submit two copies
plan drawings with the changes incorporated to the
Department for permitting purposes.
