NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Development Board of
the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, shall meet at 7:00 P.M. on

Cross Creek Parking Lot Variance
The owners of the Cross Creek Shopping Center have requested a
variance to the parking ordinance that would, if approved, allow
for the removal of a designated fire lane in front of the main
structure on the site. This area would be used for additional
parking, which the applicant wishes to install, in an attempt to
relieve congestion at the western driveway of the parking lot.
This request has been reviewed by the Technical Review Committee
and was recommended for approval subject to amending the plan to
show the alignment of access islands with seating areas that
exist on the site.
At its meeting of September 8, 1992, the Planning and Development
Board reviewed this request and recommended denial of the request
by a 6 to 1 vote.
Items that are not approved unanimously are automatically
forwarded to City Commission for final review as required by
Code. This item has been scheduled for City Commission review on
September 15, 1992.
