In reviewing such a request, the same criteria for conditional uses are used, Since there are no changes of circumstances that we know of, the findings made when this use was originally approved still stand. The members of the Technical Review Committee, who review concurrency, have reviewed this request and no objections have been raised to this extension. The applicant has been contacted regarding the payment of a reservation fee. The comment regarding dedication of the right-of-way is improperly worded. The original condition for the dedication was tied to a sign-off for building permit, Since this condition was approved by the city Commission, we feel that the City Commission should decide if they wish to change the condition, Therefore, we are taking this request forward to the Board and the City Commission. If the proper dedications have not been made, we would suggest a condition that the dedications be made 90 days after extension approval. staff recommends that the Planning and Development Board forward this request to the City Commission with a recommendation for approval of a one year extension.
