soft dri~s, juices, tea, coffee, dairy products, beer and wine in
packages for off-premises consumption, bakery products, snack foods,
gum, candy, health and beauty aids, pre-packaged sandwices, hot dogs,
maps, motor oil, and selected speciality items' such as liqhters, fi1m
flashbulbs, etc;
a one-lane, automatic, drive thru carwash; no dryer; with
Ryko Environmeltalist II water reclaim system
b. Description of machinery, tools and processes to be used on
the premises.
Exxon will use Gilbarco fuel dispensers and Ryko carwash equipment
Plans for petroleum uses are submitted to pa1m Beach Countv ERM
and tanks registered with DER. Plans for the convenience shop
are reviewed by Palm Beach County fiRS for compliance with food
service establishment requirements.

Although there is an overflow connection from the carwash water
~eclaim system to the sanitary sewer, the system is balanced
sp overflow is not anticipated. DER considers this type of

III. PLAN REQUIREMENTS
The information required by Appendix A-Zoning, Section 11.3.C.2.a.
through 11.3.C.2.s. shall be provided on (6) . copies of plans and/or
documents which are to accompany this application. Submittal of plans for
uses within existing buildings may be waived by the Planning Department if
deemed unnecessary; however, at minimum (6) copies of a recent survey .
showing parking space and building locations and a flnor plan sketch must
be provided.~For uses involving new construction, site plan approval must
be applied for through the Planning Department for which plans are
required.
IV. APPLICATION FEE
The application fee, in the amount specified in the attached Ordinance
No. 90-38, effective October 1, 1990, will be required to be paid by check;
payable to the City of Boynton Beach, upon submission of this application.
