SUBJECT: Glass Building Parking Lot - Request for Approval of
Extended Site Plan - File No. 091
Josef Glass, property owner, is requesting that the City
Commission grant a one year retroactive extension of the
above-referenced Development Order from August 15, 1990 to
August 15, 1991.
The proposed development of the site for a parking lot to serve
an existing building located nearby would not be subject to the
City's Concurrency Management Ordinance, as there is no impact on
infrastructure systems. Therefore, the Planning Department has
no objection to the one year extension requested by the
applicant.

Store om Federal Hi~hway LL01, in Boynton Beach.
Us there is Beautificatin needed -(we do need a Tennant
for the emty Store in Order to take care of the 6 Parking
Spaces.
