SITE PLAN APPROVAL:
GLASS BUILDING PARKING LOT
As a condition of site plan approval, the following comments should
be incorporated into the related documents by the applicant:
1. Indicate on the plans the proposed types of vegetation, The hedge
material must be 36 inches at the time of planting and must
continue along the right-of-way to the driveway entrance,
2, Curbing is required for parking stalls adjacent to all landscaped
areas.
3. One (1) handicapped parking stall is required. Details must be
submitted for striping and signage.
4. If construction does not commence on the remainder of the property
within thirty (30) days of the completion of the parking lot, the
entire property must be seeded and mulched in order to mitigate
blowing sand,
The applicant's prompt compliance with the preceding comments will insure
a timely permitting process,

COMMENTS:
1. Proposed lighting by Florida Power & Light Company to be
approved by the City prior to installation.
2. Sidewalks 6" thick should continue thru the turnout. A
concrete flush header is recommended at turnout radii.
3. Area adjacent to Martin Luther King Blvd. should be swaled
and sodded.
4. A raised curb is required adjacent to parking spaces at
landscaped areas.

RE: GLASS BUILDING PARKING LOT-STAFF COMMENTS
Please be advised of the Planning Department's comments with
respect to the above referenced request for site plan approval.
1. A sign is recommended at 1101 North Federal Highway
indicating where the parking facility for this building is
located. Also, a sign is recommended at the parking
facility indicating that parking is for 1101 North Federal
Highway customers only.
2. Future uses at 1101 North Federal Highway are restricted
to those allowed in the C-2 district due to the C-2 zoning
of the proposed off premise parking lot.
