hereby acknowledged by the party of the first part; has
granted and does hereby grant to the party of the second
part, its successors and assigns, forever, the right,
privilege and easement with full right of ingress thereto
and egress therefrom, the property of the party of the first
part, described as follows, to-wit:
A 10.00 FOOT WIDE EASEMENT LYING IN A PORTION OF
TRACT A ROLLING GREEN RIDGE 1ST ADDITION, AS
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 223, PUBLIC RECORDS
OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID EASEMENT BEING
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF TRACT "A"
THENCE WITH A BEARING OF SOUTH ALONG THE WEST
RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF SEACREST BLVD. 77.39 FEET;
THENCE WEST A DISTANCE OF 5.00 FEET MORE OR LESS
TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE CENTERLINE OF
10.00 FOOT WIDE EASEMENT; THENCE WITH A BEARING OF
SOUTH ALONG LINE LYING 5.00 FEET WEST OF AND
PARALLEL TO THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SEACREST
BLVD., A DISTANCE OF 64.05 FEET TO THE END OF THE
DESCRIBED EASEMENT.
The party of the f~~st part retain3 the right of
vacating and terminating this easement upon ninety (90) days
written notice to party of the second part and party of the
second part agrees to execute any and all documents required
to accmplish the vacation and termination of this easement.
