Neighborhood parks in our system do not normally have dumpsters. The park operation visits all parks twice a week for trash can emptying and this service is appropriate for Meadows II. In addition, we have experienced dumpsters to be dumping grounds in park areas which actually create a nuisance and extra clean-up work. This is not desirable. The design consultant has been provided the locations of our utilities. It is recommended he overlay the proposed and existing services on the plan to avoid conflicts before construction drawings are prepared. 2. In a matter unrelated to utilities, the restroom design allows for viewing, f~om the parking lot, the restroom interiors when the doors are open.
