EASEMENT AGREEMENT
LAKES DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a
Florida corporation, party of the first part, hereinafter referred
to as GRANTOR, and Lennar Homes, Inc., a Florida corporation, party

repossess same and the easement hereby granted shall be terminated
as to such abandoned strip without any action on the part of

on the respective roadways and parking areas, and such that ingress
and egress will never be entirely deprived.
6. Any and all notices required or permitted to be served
pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall be in writing and

CORP., (MOBIL SERVICE STATION AT BOYNTON
LAKES PLAZA) AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE

WHEREAS, staff has verified completion of the required improvements
on the about property; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
upon recommendation of staff, hereby authorizes full release of surety in the
amount of $6,950.35 to Mobil Oil Corp., (Mobil Service Station at Boynton Lakes
Plaza).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
