Upon review of the above mentioned project, the following list of
comments must be addressed in order to conform with Boynton Beach
City codes:
1. Specify on the elevation view drawings the overall height of
the new structure. Including the height to the top of the
new screen wall identified on sheet A 3.3.
2. A continuous visual barrier is required to screen the
on-site vehicle use area from the property that is abutting
your property to the south. show the location and specify
the following required visual barrier information on the
plans:
i. dimension the spacing of each hedge plant material
required to form the continuous visual barrier (maximum
spacing is twenty-four [24] inches on center)
3. Specify type and delineate the location and boundary of the
lawn grass adjacent to the new construction.
4. Correct the inconsistency in identifying the number of
proposed visitor parking spaces.
5. show on the site plan titled "Proposed Expansion" the new
work proposed for the visitor parking lot.

Motorola
In accordance with the provisions set forth in the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, Code of Ordinances, specifically Chapter 19-17,
"Plan Required" and Chapter 5, Article X, "city of Boynton Beach
parking Lot Regulations", the applicant shall provide the following
information, technical data and plan revlsions.
I. Applicant to provide details of striping for standard and
handicap stalls in accordance with City Standards and
Drawing No.B-90012.
II. 1. In accordance with Sec. 144 (g), the applicant shall
submit Parking lot lighting plan, which shall include

WhlCh shall comply with city requirements and standards the
lighting plan shall include the location of the light poles,
fixture types, lamp types, wire size, and conduit routing. It
shall show the lumens, wattage, light pole details, and
approximate foot candles at the roadway surface. The plans
shall also include light contours or spot locations showing
foot candles in compliance with section 5-142 (g) "Lighting
Standards" inclusive.
Whenever possible, the pole location should be such that the
lighting fixtures shine toward the buildings. The lighting
system shall be controlled by photoelectric switches.
The poles and fixtures shall comply with the requirements of
Chapter 12 of the standard Building Code for minimum design
loads. The supplied drawings shall show the details of the
pole foundation and a statement declaring the design to be
capable of withstanding a 110 HPH lateral wind load.
There shall be a minimum average light level of one foot-
candle. No grid point light levels shall be below 1/2 foot-
candles and no more than ten persent of the light levels may
be at 1/2 foot-candles.
