Dear Mr. Cuozzo:
The purpose of this letter is to respond to your request that the
Planning Department compare the signs proposed in Coscan's most
recent request for site plan approval with the proposed sign
code.
As of this date, the Planning Department has recommended to the
City Manager that developers of projects in planned districts
submit to the City for plan approval, a sign program subject to
printed guidelines. However, these guidelines have not been
reviewed in any form by the Manager or City Commission. To that
end, these proposed guidelines must be considered tentative at
best. If you are desirous of receiving a copy of these
guidelines, please respond in written form, and at that time I
will take up your request with the proper officials.

RE: Quail Lake West - Site Plan Application for the
Recreation Area
Dear Mr. Annunziato:
Attached are six sets of engineering, landscaping,
survey and building plans, one si te plan application form
and two sets of the recorded plat and check #1081 for
$300.00. Tract "C", the recreation area is owned by the
developers, Coscan, and will be processed over to the
Homeowners Association.
We are hereby submitting for site plan approval for the
recreation area.

information, please call.

Re: . Quail Run Recreation Area
Dear Mr. Foy:
Reference is made to your letter of March 7, 1988, which included
two copies of the revised elevations for the .recreation area as
shown on Sheet 3 and 4 of 180f the Paving and Drainage Plans.
It is my understanding that the changes were made because of a
high water table, caused partially by the relatively high con-
trolled lake elevations on the adjacent project of Quail Ridge.
The Engineering Department has no objection to the change in
elevations.
