All documents submitted for public record by a licensed professional in the state of Florida must be signed and sealed. Sheet 3 of 18 indicates a finish grade elevation of 12.1 in the pool deck area. This dimension conflicts with all other submitted documents. Curbing is required around all landscaped areas adjacent to parking stalls. All signs must be permitted separately and must be designed to withstand a 50 pound per square foot wind load. The billboard signs must comply with Section 2l-l6(a), Subdivision Signs, of the Boynton Beach Code of Ordinances. These signs are permitted only while the project is under construction. Directional signs must comply with Section 2l-l6(c)(5). Portions of the entry walls are located in easements.
