As a condition of site plan approval, the following comments should
be incorporated into the related documents by the applicant:
Accurately locate all buildings and amenities on the site.
All documents submitted for public record by a licensed professional
in the state of Florida must be signed and sealed.
Sheet 3 of 18 indicates a finish grade elevation of 12.1 in the
pool deck area. This dimension conflicts with all other submitted
documents.
Curbing is required around all landscaped areas adjacent to parking
stalls.
All signs must be permitted separately and must be designed to
withstand a 50 pound per square foot wind load. The billboard signs
must comply with Section 2l-l6(a), Subdivision Signs, of the Boynton
Beach Code of Ordinances. These signs are permitted only while the
project is under construction. Directional signs must comply with
Section 2l-l6(c)(5).
Portions of the entry walls are located in easements. Permission
from all utility companies with utilities in these easements must
be secured prior to permitting.

In order to facilitate the permitting process, the following documents
should be submitted to the Building Department for review at the time
permits are desired:
1. Complete sets of construction documents and plans; signed and sealed
by the relevant design professionals, licensed in the state of Florida.
2. Copies of the South Florida Water Management District approval.
3. Signed and sealed energy forms in compliance with the State Energy
Code.
4. Soil borings with the soil engineer's recommendation for obtaining
the necessary soil bearing values.

for the calculation of capital facilities charges.

3. Sidewalks should be shown continuous thru driveways.
4. Additional elevations are requested at the south edge
of the parking lot.
5. Details for the light pole structure are required and
should include foundation details.
6. Contours for the intensity of lighting should be included
with the lighting plan.
7. A cross-section thru the parking lot is required to show
grading and construction of pavement.
