SUBnCT Site Plan Modifications:
Quail Run (Signage)
As a condition of site plan modification approval, the following comment
should be incorporated into the related documents by the applicant:
1. Site walls cannot encroach into adjacent property or rights-of-way
as shown on sheet 4 of 8 of the Landscape Plans.
2. The Boynton Beach Sign Code requires all signage to be designed
to withstand a 50 pound per square foot wind load.
3. A color chart, showing the colors specified on the blueprints,
must be submitted to the Community Appearance Board for approval.
NOTE:
1. Approval of all relevant utility companies must be secured prior
to constructing walls in utility easements.
2. Complete construction drawings must be submitted to the Building
Department along with permit application in compliance with the
Boynton Beach Sign Ordinance in order to secure building permits.
The applicant's prompt compliance with the preceding comments will
insure a timely permitting process.

With reference to the above request for a site plan modification,
please be advised of the following:
1. A note should be added to the billboard detail
stating the height of the sign from the ground
(it shall not exceed 30 feet) and that the bill-
boards are temporary in nature.
2. A note should be added to the temporary sign/
recreation center sign detail that this detail
applies to the sales office sign, recreation
center sign and all temporary signs other than
the billboards.
