Box 310 120 N.E. 2nd Avenue Boynton Beach, FL 33435 RE: Quail Run Parking Variance Dear Carmen, Pursuant to my letter of January 6, 1988, I called the City Managers office to set up a meeting time to discuss the Variance. I was informed through Mr. Cheney's secretary that he agreed with me that a Variance was not necessary and that no meeting was needed. Per the city Managers offices instruction that a Variance is not necessary, please cancel the hearing for the Variance. If you have any douhts that a Variance is needed, I suggest you contact Mr. Cheney or Mr. Rae. This letter should also stop processing of the site plan application for parking in front of the units. If any portion of the application fee has not been used, we would appreciate its return.
