2. The plans do not show any parking lot lighting.

SUBJECT: Red Lobster Restaurant - Boynton Promenade

Staff has reviewed the plans submitted and offer the following
comment s :
1. A reduced pressure principle backflow preventer (R.P.)
is required for this site use. Plan shall show
location and type. Approved types are FEBCO 8257,
Hersey FRPII, WATTS 909 Series (Ord. 90-51).
2. Sanitary sewer clean-outs in traffic areas must have a
(H-20) traffic rated lid. City accepts a U.S. Foundry
7620 clean out ring and cover, or equal. Please note
this on Plans Sheet C-3, Clean-Out Letail.
3. Applicant shall provide his required fire flow demands.
Field verification of available flows may be required
based on this information. Plan shall show location of
nearest fire hydrant (Sec. 26-16, Appendix C, Art. X,
Se c. 16).
4. The 1/2" rain riser alone is insufficient. We suggest I
in addition to rain riser, the concrete apron be sloped
away from the dumpster pads (Sec. 26.80).
5. Public potable water is not to be used for irrigation,
if possible (Comprehensive Plan Policy (3C.3.4).
6. On Section A-A, Sheet P-1, Grease Interceptor Detail,
please remove "plug with (3) 1/2" vent holes". Staff
requests this be left open for observation and

RED LOBSTER RESTAURANT AT THE BOYNTON BEACH PROMENADE
The Building Department has the following comments on the above
subject project:
1. The project development sign must comply with the Building
Department's standards.
2. All signs must comply with the project's sign program unless
exempted as a registered national logo (submit for
approval) .
3. All parking by others must be installed in order to receive
a Certificate of Occupancy for this building.
4. The Handicap Code requires the ramp space of curb cuts to be
44", not 36" as shown.
5. Permit plans shall comply with the Building Department's
handout provided by the Planning Department.
