Federal Highway Dear Craig: This is to advise you that on April 21, 1992, the City Commission of Boynton Beach approved the Site Plan Modification for The Tire Store at the above referenced location. The approval of the Site Plan Modification was subject to the following conditions: 1. the reduction of the adjacent driveway on the south property line to 14 feet and enlarging landscape island, 2. providing spacing requirements for trees, shrubs and ground cover on the plan, 3. bringing the lighting fixture and fence into compliance with the applicable codes, 4. that the canopy setback will be adjusted to meet the, setback requirements at the time of construction, ~ 5. installation of removal bollards in the South drivewqY to prevent traffic access to the alley. The Site Plan approval entitles you to develop the property as shown on the approved plans. If you wish to modify the plan prior to submission of your building plan, please contact the Planning and Zoning Department. Modifications during the building permit process will be handled as part of that process. The approval of the Site Plan Modification remains in effect for one year, until April 21, 1993. If an extension is needed, please forward your request to the Planning and zoning Department 30 days prior to the expiration date.
