In view of the fact that the plans as submitted were incomplete,
please be advised of the following items that were not included
in the submittal and or items that need to be addressed as per
city codes and guidelines:
1. site plan must comply with code as per section 19-60,
pgs.1383-1385.
2. Sign plan and details (which was not included) must comply
with Central Business District (CBD) Sign Code, Chapter 21,
pg. 1497; Chapter 19, pg. 1384.
3. CBD Landscape Plan exterior furnishings and pedestrian
amenities to be submitted incompliance with Chapter 7.5 of
the City's Code of Ordinance.
4. Compliance is required as per the City's parking lot code
(section 5-138 a & c and section 5-142; also, section 6E4 of
the City of Boynton Beach code - Appendix A - Zoning (no
plan was submitted).
5. Building setbacks, m1n1mum waterfront yard, canopies,
awnings and utilities must comply with section 6, 3 of the
Code - Appendix A - Zoning.
