Box 310 Boynton Beach, Florida 33425-0310 RE: WAFFLE HOUSE AT GATEWAY CENTRE Dear Chris: Per my telephone conversation with Mike Kazunas of the utilities Department in regard to the possible confl ict of the dumpster enclosure location and a water line, we will move the dumpster enclosure several feet to the east to avoid any conflict. This would be most logically accomplished during the preparation of construction documents by the civil Engineer and the Architect of record. A slight relocation of the dumpster enclosure will have no adverse impact on the remainder of the site. In reviewing this with Mike, he felt this would a satisfactory solution. Please let me know if you or Mike have any further concerns on this issue. Thank you.
