ABAN 95-013
Please place the above-referenced request under Public Hearing on
the February 20, 1996 City Commission agenda.
DESCRIPTION: Stuart Cunningham, agent for the Hunters Run
Property Owners Association - the property owner adjacent to Parcel
"C", is requesting abandonment of Parcel "C" - a portion of the
Charter Drive North public right-of-way and Summit Drive private
right-of-way.
RECOMMENDATION: The Planning and Development Board, with a 7-0
vote, recommended approval of this request, subject to the staff
comments in Exhibit "C" and resolution of the access issue. I have
discussed the access issue with the city engineer and he is
satisfied with the means of access that will remain via Charter
Drive North to serve parcel 103. Therefore, staff recommends
approval subject to comments 1 and 2 in Exhibit "C".
