DISCUSSION
Proposed is the addition of 3600 59. ft. of general retail build-
ing space. This proposed addition will have a net effect of
increasing the total water use by the amount e9uivelent to one
meter connection. This project as previously permitted allows

DISCUSSION
Proposed is the addition of 3600 S9. ft. of general retail build-
ing space. This proposed addition will hav~ a net effact of
increasing the total impervious space on the site. This project
as previously permitted provides for more retention/detention
volume than re9uired. The information and calculations below
will show that thG drainag2 impact is less than 5% and adeguat2
retention/detention is provided.
