This memorandum is to clarify the approval of the permit plans
for the improved parking at the above address:
(1) Additional curbing on front driveway is not required.
There is existing curbing which fulfills the intent of
the code.
(2) The existing landscaping area in the front of the
property is acceptable as it exists.
(3) A portion of the front gate that encroaches on the
driveway can be left in place.
