Dear Mr. Larkin:
I am sorry that it has taken so long to respond in writing to our
meeting, but unfortunately, I have no control over the infections
running rampant in our society.
As I outlined to you and Mr. Resnick at our on-site meeting, if
you wish to set up a separate structure as a paint booth, I will
consider that structure to be an accessory structure that can be
submitted for a building permit without site plan review.
The parking lot must still go through site plan review. Your
designer should correct the plans submitted based on comments
made on the parking lot only. Comments regarding the structure
can be ignored.
As agreed to by the City Manager, we will not consider the loft
in the structure to be floor space and this loft can remain
because it has been permitted.
As a side note I have with Mr. Blanchette, who was under the
impression that no site plan review would be required for
anything, I told him what I have stated above.
I hope this letter is of some help to you. If you should have
any questions, please feel free to call me.
Sincerely,
~~
