These comments, as well as the attached comments from other departments, will need to be addressed on revised copies of the drawings submitted for review, prior to applying for a permit. This procedure is detailed on the attached letter of approval from the planning Department: 1. Clarify the note on the plans to state that the existing curb cut onto Seacrest Boulevard shall be removed and replaced with sod. ~ 2. Note the proposed color scheme of the areas of change on the building elevations. Site plan application, page 5, item 14. 3. Add a note on the plans to insure that the parking lot lighting will be shielded from the adjacent residences.
