We can approve this project, subject to the following conditions:
1. Reduced pressure backflow preventers will be required on the
water service. Indicate location, model and size. We
recommend dual units in parallel so service is not inter-
rupted during testing.
2. Provide a list of chemicals to be used in the building and
add a note - "Owner shall comply with all the requirements
of the City of Boynton Beach sewage pr,etreatment ordi nance II .

Administrative site Plan Modification
(building and parking changes)
Dear Mr. Mihelich:
Please be advised of the following Planning Department comments
with respect to the above-referenced request for and administra-
tive site plan modification. These comments, as well as the
attached comments from other departments, will need to be
addressed on revised copies of the drawings submitted for review,
prior to applying for a permit. This procedure is detailed on
the attached letter of approval from the planning Department:
1. Clarify the note on the plans to state that the existing
curb cut onto Seacrest Boulevard shall be removed and
replaced with sod. ~
2. Note the proposed color scheme of the areas of change on the
building elevations. Site plan application, page 5, item
14.
3. Add a note on the plans to insure that the parking lot
lighting will be shielded from the adjacent residences.
Appendix A - Zoning, section 4.N.7.
4. continuous raised curbing is required adjacent to required
landscaped areas (such as the landscaping along Seacrest
Boulevard and S.W. 25th Avenue) to protect them from
vehicular encroachment. curb breaks can be used to direct
the stormwater into these swaled, landscaped areas. Chapter
7.5, Article II, section 7.5-35.
5. Engineering details shall be provided for the newly
constructed paved areas and swales and included within the
drawings submitted for final sign-off. The following

Engineering Department's memorandum, are needed: pavement
cross-section, curbing, traffic control signs, typical stall
layout for the 9' x 16', 9' x 25' and handicapped stalls and
drainage information (drainage areas, calculations and spot
elevations) to determine compliance with the city's minimum
containment capacity of two and one-half (2.5) inches of
rainfall in one (1) hour. Chapter 5, Article X, section
5 -14 2 (c), (e), (f) and (g).

1990, I am recommending the following:
1. Stop signs as well as stop bars at exits (City Ordinance S-142C)
2. Parking lot lighting must be photocell activated (S-142A).
