Davis Seventh Day Adventist Church 138 SE 27 Avenue MAJOR SITE PLAN MODIFICATION: Request to amend the previously-approved site plan to allow shared parking and delete future additions shown in order to reduce required parking. 31 MINUTES REGULAR CITY COMMISSION MEETING BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA MAY 16, 1995 Commissioner Rosen left the Chambers. George Davis, architect, said this project received the approval of the Planning and Development Board. He was present to answer any questions posed by the Commission. Ms. Heyden advised that our Code recognizes the ability to submit a shared-parking study where it can be proved that the two uses on a site have parking demands at different times of the day. In this case, staff has determined that this proposal is acceptable, and recommends appi"vval of the shared-parking study subject to staff comments. Motion Vice Mayor Bradley moved to approve the major site plan modification for Seventh Day Adventist Church, request to amend the previously-approved site plan to allow shared parking and delete future additions, subject to staff comments.
