TRC COMMENTS - SITE PLAN, 2nd REVIEW
SEVENTH DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH - PARKING LOT
RE:
The Building Division has reviewed the referenced plan for the
above project and offers the following comments:
1. Site lighting poles are not shown on the plans in detail to
comply with the 110 mile per hour wind load.
2. Photometries plan is needed.
3. We need dumpster enclosure drawing detail with gates to
comply with code.
4. Planning Department approval of the parking is needed.
5. All signs shall comply with the Boynton Beach Sign Code.
We recommend that the project be forwarded to the Planning and
Development Board since our comments can be addressed prior to
permitting.

I. Applicant must apply for a variance to the parking lot ordinance if they do not meet the }lCJ ,\1 0 .
minimum required parking spaces, Art X, Sec. 5-145.
2. A drainage plan should be submitted showing the direction of runoff to assure that it is V
retained on-site. Art.X, Sec,5-142(f).
3. The widths of the egress and ingress driveways along S.E. 1st Place should be reduced to 12'
or 14' for one way traffic. Art, 5, Sec.5-142(h)(l). Narrowing the driveways will provide for
larger landscaped islands and disallow two vehicles from entering/exiting the driveways,

4. All permitted plans, paving, grading, drainage, lighting, irrigation, and landscaping shall
conform to their respective code regulations and will be subject to further comment at time of
application.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
I. Consider ninety degree parking by extending the north and south sides of the lot to meet the ~
parking lot specifications minimum required dimensions. Approximately eleven more parking
spaces can be developed if the north-south parking area was lengthened.
