With respect to the above, please be advised of the following
staff comments:
I. An additional fifteen (IS) feet of right-of-way
for Golf Road is to be dedicated to Palm Beach County
within forty-five (45) days of site plan approval in
accordance with the Palm Beach County Thoroughfare
Right-of-Way Protection Map.

We offer the following comments on this project:
1. Specify whether a larger water meter will be required to meet
the needs of the proposed medical offices.
2. A reduced pressure backflow preventer will be required on the
building side of the water meter.
3. Show the distance from the nearest fire hydrant to the
furthest point on the building.
