Upon review of the above mentioned project, the following
comments must be addressed in order to conform with Boynton Beach
City Codes:
I. New driveway is contingent upon approval of a parking lot
variance.
2. Carwash site required landscape strip adjacent to public
rights-of-way, minimum width is 5 (five) feet.
3. A recorded easement should be dedicated to the City for that
portion of the sidewalk that is located on private property.

Accompanying this memorandum you will find a copy of the
application and related documents for the above-referenced
variance to Section 5-142 (g) (1) "Driveways" of the Parking Lot
Regulations. Also attached is a check in the amount of $400 to
cover the review and processing of this application.
Please advertise this request for a public hearing before the
Planning and Zoning Board at the November 14, 1989 meeting.
