Pep's Sea Grill Improvements - 2005 S. Federal Hwy.
1. Provide drainage calculations and related percolation test data. Should a
high percolation rate exist, capable of satisfying storage and containrrent
requirerrents as specified in Parking Lot Regulations, Article X, Section
5-142 (f) , swaled retention areas as shown on George C. Davis, Architects,
plan sheet 1 of 3 will satisfy on-site drainage required improverrents in
confonnance with Appendix C - Subdivisions, Article X, Section B "Stonn
Water Treatrrent", paragraphs #3 and #4 of page 2134, Boynton Beach Code of
Ordinances. (Site is located in lots #1 & #2 - Happy Lane Subdivision)
2. Construct raised continuous concrete curb at extrerre northwest parking stall
where it abuts landscaped area. Section 5-142 (e) Curbs.
3. Provide a "One-Way/Do Not Enter sign" at southwest ingress/egress approach.

RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SITE PLAN FOR PEP'S SEA GRILL
SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO EXTERIOR DESIGN
Upon review of the above-mentioned project, the following
comments must be addressed in order to conform with Boynton
Beach City Codes:
1. Provide unity of title for all lots shown on survey and
site plan.
2. Show the width, length and elevation of the level platform
required at the entrance to the building.
3. Show the location, width, length and elevation of level
platform required at the beginning of a handicapped ramp.
4. Show the width, length and slope of the handicapped ramp
that connects the level platforms.
5. Provide spot elevations when handicapped accessibility
path passes through a parking area and/or travels along
a sidewalk leading to the entrance of the building.
6. Dimension the width of the rear egress. Maximum width of
un landscaped accessway is thirty-five feet (35').
7. State on plans that the transitions located along the
handicapped accessibility path leading to the entrance of
the building provide a smooth flush path.
8. Show the entire vehicle use area screening required
along abutting property (north property line) on Pep's
Sea Grill site.
In order to facilitate the permitting process, the following
information should be included within your documents submitted to
the Building Department for required permits:
1. Provide a color chart for all exterior finish materials.
