The chemical that will be used to clean-up the walls
and floors is made by Dubois Chemical Corp. called (Liquid B-
R5512-S). A copy of the material safety data and ingredients
is attached.

The amount of water used for daily clean-up is
approximately 2,250 qallons per week.
The maximum amount of meat that shall be processed
through this plant on a weekly b~sis is 80,000 Lbs.
