DESCRIPTION:
The North 209.44 feet of the East half of Lot 19 of Section
33, Township 45 South, Range 43 East, according to the plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, page 4, Palm Beach County
Records, less the following described property: Begin at the
Northeast corner of said Lot 19, thence in a Southerly direction
along the East line of said Lot 19, a distance of 205.51 feet,
thence in a Northwesterly direction at an angle of 56 degrees 04'
00" measured from North to Northwest, a.~istance of 171.26 feet to
a point of curve, thence along the arc of a curve concave to the
Northeast and having a central angle of 58 degrees 35' 00" and a
radius of 125.0 feet a distance of 127.81 feet to the Point of
Tangent, thence in a Northerly direction along said tangent a
