All drawings and/or documents submitted for public record and prepared by a design professional shall show original raised seal and signature of a Florida registered design professional responsible for the drawings. 2. Show on plans location of 12'0" wide by 35'0" long loading space. 3. specify on plans handicapped pavement markings are colored blue. 4. Show a plan view and section view drawing of the 10'0" by 18'0" dumpster enclosure. Identify the finish color of the dumpster enclosure walls. 5. Identify the symbol used to determine where the grass ground cover is to be located. 6. The previously approved site plan varies from this site plan in the following manner: 1) N.W. corner of property has existing single pad for waste removal container. New site plan extends this to accomodate two containers, dimensions to be 10' deep, 18' wide, inside dimensions as per Boynton Beach Utilities criteria. Net loss of one parking space. 2) The utilities (drain storms, sewer lines, fire hydrants) as well as site lighting (except for the building lights of Phase 3) are existing, as per previously approved plans. 3) 'The parking plan was rearranged to accomodate the various doors of Phase 3 'building.
