RE: Recreation Area Lakes of Tara pun I, Boynton Beach
Gentlemen:
We are submitting for your approval revised plans including
application and necessary fee to modify the platted recreation
area in connection with the above reference.
After reviewing and careful consideration to homeowners costs
of maintenance we are requesting the initial plan for recreation
area to be modified. The size of the pool to be 20' x 40'
(conforms to Department of Health), decrease the size of the
open pavi11ion to 336 square feet and therefore, increase the
sundeck and landscaped fenced area considerably.
In your considering the above request emphasis is placed on the
monthly maintenance of this area by the Homeowners Association.
In addition, the developer of Lakes of Tara pun I was denied a
1/2 credit for recreation facilities within the plat, and, therefore,
requests the above modification to the plat be granted.
Very truly yours,

It is my understanding that you desire to delay the construction of the
turn lane, which you are required to build, and make provisions for its
inclusion as a part of the Congress Avenue four laning project, scheduled
for fiscal year 84-85.
I have no objections to this arrangement, providing you indicate in
writing to this office your client's willingness to accept financial
responsibility for the cost of constructing the turn lane, This cost
will be based on unit prices for the Congress Avenue project.
As plans for this project are currently under design, it is suggested
that you respond to this proposal at your earliest convenience.
If you have any questions or require additional information. please do
not hesitate to contact this office.
Sincerely,
OFFICE OF THE COUNTY~~INEER

Re: CHERRY WALK
Job No. 83-406
Dear Mr. Walkeri
Your letter of December 29, 1984 related to alteration
of Congress Avenue adjacent to Cherry Walk Subdivision
in Boynton Beach, describes deferring construction at
this time with the understanding that the developer
will contribute to the county's road widening program
in the same area.
I have been asked by the City of Boynton Beach to
seek clarification from the county if signalization
of the intersection opposite Cherry Walk will be in-
cluded in your construction program for Congress
Avenue.
Very.... trrJ; yours,
