Parks Dedication purposes. This
figure is based on the purchaser's
contract to purchase dated 12/5/84.

Re: Preliminary Plat, Lakes of Tara
Forwarded herewith are two copies of the development plan and
six copies of the plat document including a sheet with T.R.B.
"sign-off". Also forwarded is a copy of the option agreement
to purchase the property for $1,050,000.
Comments are as follows:
1. The developer's engineer has advised that the following
corrections will be made to the plat document as soon as
possible and the corrected prints resubmitted.
(a) The Mayor's name will be corrected.
(b) The private roadways will also be dedicated for
water and sewer lines.
(c) The "date" required in the area of the title will
be added as per SS 177.
(d) P.C.P.'s will be added.
(e) "This instrument prepared by..." statement will
be added.
(f) A place for the City Engineer's seal will be
added.
(g) Corrections required for easement location will
be made.
A copy of the cost estimate is also forwarded herewith.
