Prior to the expiration of this Temporary Permission to Occupy, please
call 738-7483 for reinspection, using the permit number listed above (24
hours notice required for inspections).
It is understood that this temporary permission is to operate for business
purposes at: 2005 S. Federal Hiahwav
All equipment and facilities shall be maintained in a manner so that there
is no hazard to life or property and we accept full responsibility. We
hold the City of Boynton Beach harmless in the event of any accident or
damage to life or property.
All required fire equipment will be activated or located at the above
address.
Prooer address identification shall be disDlaved on buildino.
It is understood that if the above conditions are not met, the City of
Boynton Beach retains the 'right to revoke permission of this Temporary
permission to Occupy at any time or for any reason. In the event the
conditions are not met and the City of Boynton Beach issues a Notice of
Revocation of Temporary Permission to Occupy, the owner/contractor shall
cease occupancy of the property within five (5) days of receipt of the
notice. Failure to cease occupancy shall entitle the City to the
immediate issuance of an injunction preventing occupancy and use. All
costs and other fees associated with obtaining an injunction shall be paid
by the owner/contractor. Florida Power and Light Company will be contacted
and power will be terminated at 5:00 P.M. on November 24.1990
and all occupancy and business operations shall cease.

The parties represent that there are no real estate brokers in-
volved in this transaction, and they agree to hold each other harmless
