I write you with great concern upon learning of the proposed use of the
former Frontier Restaurant at 3611 South Federal Highway.
As the managing partners of the Gulfstream Mall, we must inform you that
we would be very much against an adult nightclub or bookstore opening in
this location. The shopping center and the neighborhood are very family
oriented. The effect on both would be negative. I am quite sure you
understand and agree with our position in this matter.
