Indicate setback of freestanding sign from front property line. 2. The business name is the only wording that is permitted to be advertised on the freestanding sign. Chapter 21, Section 21-3. At the present time no setback from the front property line is required for freestanding signs in commercial zoning districts. However, staff has recommended to the City Manager that a ten (10) foot setback be required for such signs in commercial districts and that this be considered by the City Commission in any future amendment to the sign code.
