CORRESPONDENCE 640 EAST OCEAN AVENUE, SUITE 18 BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA 33435 November 20, 1987 Planning and Zoning Department City of Boynton Beach Re: West Industrial Associates Dear Sirs, The site plan being submitted differs from the original site plan approved by your department a year ago, in the following manner: 1. Because of a surveying mistake, the completed A Building was built two feet more easterly than originally planned, and therefore we had to take two feet off C Building to make up the difference. 2. B Building now has two personnel doors per bay instead of one, necessit- ating a slight change in parking layout and elevation design on the east and west sides of B Building. ~fry lru \lN~ J~lan O.
