5U8JECT Site Plan Modification:
West Industrial Park
(Phase Two)
As a condition of site plan modification approval, the following comments
should be incorporated into the related documents by the applicant:
1. Dimension the site plan to show the distance between Buildings B
and C and the north property line.
2. Indicate the proposed type of construction in accordance with
Section 601.1.1, Standard Building Code.
3. The Landscape Plan is not clear as to the location of all plant
material.
4. Handicapped accessibility must be shown to the structures.
5. The plans do not indicate details on parking lot striping or
handicapped signage.
6. South Florida Water Management District approval is required.
7. If Phase Three is not started within 30 days after the completion
of Phase Two, the area cleared for Phase Three must be seeded and
mulched in compliance with the City of Boynton Beach Comprehensive
Plan.
8. Site lighting must be designed to withstand a 120 m.p.h. wind
load in compliance with Chapter 12, Standard Building Code.
The applicant's prompt compliance with the preceding comments will
insure a timely permitting process.

does not agree with the position as shown on sheet A-l
of 4, which is deemed to be the correct orientation.
